We collect your name, email address, mobile number and, when you make a deposit, the payment identifier you use — such as your UPI handle or Paytm-linked number. We collect only what is necessary to operate your account and process transactions securely.

We share data only with payment processors like UPI networks, Paytm and PhonePe to complete transactions, and with service providers bound by confidentiality agreements. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third-party advertisers without your explicit consent.

Send a data-access request to our privacy email or raise a Help Centre ticket selecting the Privacy topic. Include your registered mobile number so we can verify your identity. We will deliver a copy of your data within 30 days of the verified request.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable Indian law after account closure. Once that window ends, data is securely deleted or anonymised so it can no longer be linked to your identity.

Payment identifiers such as UPI handles and Paytm tokens are stored in encrypted form and used solely to process and verify transactions. We do not store full bank-account numbers, and the payment processors handle sensitive financial data under their own certified standards.
